1 cup grated Pecorino Romano
1 box spaghetti

Recipe

Bring water to a boil and salt generously
Add pasta and cook to al-dente
Reserve some pasta water after straining
Add cheese and pepper
(Optional) Add butter for a richer, creamier dish
Stir vigorously
