Savory chicken shwarma

2 Pounds boneless chicken thighs
1 Cup Greek yogurt
1 Squeezed lemon
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp coriander
1 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp black pepper
1/4 Cup olive oil




3-4 people

Cook Time

30 min (4-8 hours with marinated chicken)



Slice chicken into strips
Combine yogurt, spices, and lemon in a bowl

Add chicken
Add olive oil
Mix to combine and let marinate for 4-8 hours in refrigerator
